How We're Making a Difference
Healthy Steps for Families Program
Canyon Ranch Institute and MEZCOPH partnered to develop the Healthy Steps for Families program to help prevent chronic disease in children. The Healthy Steps for Families program aims to help parents become better role models for their children around issues related to health and wellness. This program influences children's behavior where it is first learned, in the home.
